Realize High-Mix/Low-volume production
With less than 3 microns repeatable accuracy & manual slide, 3 processes - straightness adjustment, centering and fixture change over these are combined as a "Quick change over" in 1 process. Baby Kangaroo System brings you High-Mix/Low-volume production system.
1. Achieving an accuracy of within 3μm deviation in repeated baby plate positioning
Accurate positioning on repetitive fixture replacement is achieved with no more than a 3 micron deviation thanks to the two-side restraint clamping mechanism. Moreover, the plate-shaped spring clamp system is oil leak proof, assuring stable clamp locking performance even with fluctuating room temperatures.
2. CRANE-LESS AND SLIDING“Simple and Easy Work with Less Physical Strain”
With the slide slot-in system on the roller-conveyer mechanism, heavy fixtures can be replaced simply by hand while still maintaining highly accurate position tuning.The optional push-cart adds the advantage of easy light weight transportation to the system. The full integration of the cart transport and plate sliding installation systems results in a totally worker-friendly mechanism. After use, the whole system on the cart can be stored, which drastically simplifies the exchange operation process.
